I would like to sincerely recognize Diana at the front desk of the Marriott City Centre for her exceptional service. From the moment I arrived, she was warm, professional, and incredibly helpful. Diana made the check-in process smooth and welcoming, and her positive attitude truly set the tone for my stay. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of, and it was clear that she genuinely cares about guests. Diana is a true asset to the Marriott City Centre team—thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Beautiful and well kept hotel right in the Toronto Blue Jays stadium! By far the coolest hotel room we have ever stayed at with a full floor to ceiling view of the field. Our room was a large king room on the 4th floor- I’d rate the room average- slightly above average for furnishings and very clean. The real gem is the stadium view - coupled with the comfort of your room, own bathroom and mini fridge for drinks, it truly is a special experience. We loved being right in the city with numerous places within walking distance (food, entertainment, site seeing). The staff at this hotel are truly top notch, everyone was kind, helpful and welcoming. This place is a 10/10. Book it.

Place was in a fantastic location and had wonderful service! Room needed a tiny bit of TLC. Leather desk chair was peeled to smithereens, and the dented up microwave seemed out of place on the desk, but overall it was clean and I have no real complaints. The pool needed a deep cleaning that's why it came down a star. Overall great budget friendly hotel for downtown Toronto!

This review is to compliment Khwaish (front desk staff) for the phone support she provided me ahead of my stay in May. Khawaish took the time to answer my questions and was helpful in making reservations notes for a special occasion celebration. If this is the type of service I will be in store for, I will be looking forward to my stay at this property. Thanks again, Khawaish!

Khawaish at the front desk was a joy and extremely helpful. She worked with me and Hotels.com through an erroneous, "non-refundable" 3rd party reservation. Because of her help and service, we decided to extend our stay another night. The other members of the staff we also extremely hospitable and helpful.

Thank you to all the amazing staff at this hotel! Game 1 of the World Series is a night I will remember for the rest of my life — not only because of the spectacular stadium view, but also because of the outstanding service from the entire hotel team. A special thank you to Giri, one of the hotel managers, his professionalism and genuine hospitality truly stood out! I would also like to thank Trevor at the front desk; he was just as kind and helpful in assisting with extending my stay for Game 2 of the World Series! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Toronto; exceptional service, amazing location, and an unforgettable experience all around!

We had an amazing stay at the Toronto City Centre Marriott, and a huge part of that was thanks to Khawaish at the front desk. She was incredibly helpful from the moment we arrived and went above and beyond to make our stay special. She surprised us with a fantastic room upgrade and truly made my girlfriend’s birthday feel extra special — her thoughtfulness and professionalism did not go unnoticed. I also want to give a big shoutout to the valet and bellman, who were both outstanding. Super welcoming, friendly, and genuinely hospitable — they made everything feel seamless from arrival to departure. Exceptional service all around. We’ll definitely be back!
